Exterior Beauty:
In terms of sportiness and style, the 2021 Kia Sportage, true to its name, gets very high marks. The familiar tiger-nose grille is present at the front and its headlights look angry. Side profiles of this vehicle are sleek for a crossover. Taillights look handsome as well, with dual exhaust outlets at the bottom. It is hard to mistake this vehicle for anything else.
Alloy wheels are available from the base LX itself. 17, 18, and 19-inch alloys are available.

Expect the 2021 Kia Sportage to be available with average reliability, as no major issues were reported with the 2018 and the 2019 models. Passenger space is average, although tall passengers will not face any problems here. 30.7 cubic feet of space is available at the rear. Due to the low cargo floor, it is easy to load items. A power liftgate is available for the EX trim with AWD and above. Though there are cubbies for storage, the central console itself is small.

Engine and Power Specifications
There is no doubt that the 2021 Kia Sportage is an enjoyable compact SUV to drive, and it also provides a well cushioned ride. Two engine options have been made available here. Amongst these, the first is the base 2.4 liter, 4-cylinder Naturally aspirated engine that develops 181 hp of power and 175 lbs.-ft of torque.
The second engine option available with this compact SUV is an upgrade to the above, with this being a 2.0 liter, 4 cylinder, turbocharged engine with 240 hp of power and 260 lbs.-ft of torque (AWD gets 237 hp of power). Both these powertrains have been linked with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The SX Turbo is one of the quickest vehicles in its class, in terms of acceleration. Handling characteristics of all the variants are above par. Expect the SUV to have a towing capacity of 2000 pounds.
